Hola! I’m Lucia and I’m qualified in Sports Massage Therapy & Yoga.

I am thrilled you’ve made your way to my little corner of the web! I’m based in Northwich, Cheshire and as a Sports Massage Therapist & Yoga teacher.

I help to remove physical and mental tension from your body & mind through Sports Massage or on the mat with Hatha Yoga Flow.

Some things you should know about me…

  • I was born and raised in Malaga, Spain – a place close to my heart!

  • My family and friends are everything to me.

  • I’m a sucker for long walks and yoga.

  • I’m infectiously optimistic, extroverted, and an expert in deep conversations – human nature and feelings being two of my main fields.

  • Spiders are a no-go, and I love potatoes (in all of their glorious states).

  • What brought me to England? THEIR HOMEMADE PIES WITH GRAVY for sure!
